Lucy Westerna
Lucy is one of Dracula’s first targets and Arthur Holmwood’s Fiancee before she turns into a vampire. She is shown as a carefree and lively woman her delicacy and beauty being her most prominent qualities and is proposed by three men, Arthur Holmwood, John Seward and Quincey Morris before she chooses Arthur. However, she also expresses her regrets about not being able to choose all three, showing that she is more modern in her thinking by Victorian standards. She is also the stereotypical image of a woman, unaware and caught up in her own world which includes her husband and her own life.
